Hello everyone!

Today marks an incredibly exciting milestone for me – the official launch of "Scaly Snake"! After weeks of hard work, multiple iterations, and invaluable feedback from friends, I'm thrilled to finally share me creation with you.

What is Scaly Snake?

Scaly Snake is a modern twist on the classic snake game based on November's Game Jam theme "Scales". The core concept remains true to the original – guide the snake, avoid obstacles, and eat mice to grow. However, we've added unique elements that elevate the gameplay experience. Players can choose between three different levels, each offering a unique challenge. As the snake eats and grows, the game's pace gradually increases, making each moment more exhilarating than the last.

New Features:

• Dynamic Obstacles: We introduced moving barrels, rocks and hedgehogs, adding an extra layer of challenge.
• Speed Mechanics: The snake's speed now increases over time, testing players' reflexes and strategic thinking.
• Diverse Environments: Each level has a distinct environment with its own set of challenges.
• Enhanced Visuals: We upgraded the graphics, including detailed textures for the snake, food, and obstacles.

Looking Ahead:

While today is about celebrating the launch, our journey might not end here. We are probably going to try to improve Scaly Snake, adding new content, and engaging with our community. Stay tuned for updates, and feel free to share your gameplay experiences, suggestions, or any issues you encounter.
